Yoga position in an office chair for weight loss

When you're in the office, it is not possible for you to sneak out during lunch hour to do yoga. But it does not mean you have to linger sit continuously in front of the computer. There are some effective steps to do yoga in the office, as quoted from health.com.

Scale Pose
Sit on the edge of the chair. Press your hands down, on either side of the hips and lift your legs. Then lift your buttocks, prop by hand. Your abdominal muscles will feel tight when doing this position. Hold for 3-5 breaths.

Pose Altar
Inhale and lift your arms. Bend your hands up. Hold for 5-8 breaths.

Twist
Arrange and rotate your torso to the left and right turns. Do it for 5-8 breaths.

Cow Face Arm
Put your left arm under his back and right arm behind kepala.Tahan to 5-8 breaths.

Ankle To Knee
Place your left foot on the right knee. Keep your back to make it straight, then do stretching exercises. After 5-8 breath, turn to the other side.
